Protein omelette

This high protein omelette is a great way to start your day with a lot of protein. Master the protein omelette with our recipe and fill it with your favourite fruits.



  • 2 eggs (160g)
  • ½ glass millet flakes (50g)
  • ½ tsp baking soda (3g)
  • 1 tbsp sparkling water
  • 1 scoop Booster Whey Protein (30g)
  • 1 tbsp plant milk (10g)
  • banana (80g)
  • bilberries (30g)
  • 1 tsp organic coconut oil (10g)


  1. Crack the eggs in a bowl
  2. Add millet flakes, soda and sparkling water
  3. Add Booster Whey Protein and a little bit of plant milk
  4. Mix it well
  5. Add your favourite plant milk and mix again
  6. Add half a banana and bilberries, mix again
  7. Heat 1 tbsp of an organic coconut oil and fry your omelette
  8. Use banana slices for decoration


  • Divide into two equal portions. In 1 serving:
  • 350,2 kcal
  • Protein: 24,2g
  • Carbs: 28,1g
  • Fat: 15,7g
