Protein Dessert Recipe - CHOCOLATE-VANILLA YAM CAKE INGREDIENTS (9 PORTIONS):
- 500g batatas (sweet potatoes)
- 3 scoops of Isolate 100 or Isolate 100 protein powder (60-70g)
- 50g corn flour
- 1 medium banana
- 15g linseeds
- 4 whole eggs
- 30g bitter cacao
Protein Dessert Recipe - HOW TO MAKE IT:
Add to a bowl 500g of yams, 4 whole eggs, 1 medium banana, 30g of bitter cocoa, 15g od linseed, 50g of cornstrach and 3 doses of Isolate 100
Thoroughly blend all the ingredients
Spray baking mold with oil and pur batter evenly through the whole mold.
