Ingredients for cake:
- can of white beans
- 300g of cooked sweet potatoes
- 40g of Better Choice Peanut Butter
- 40g of vanilla protein Whey 100
- 20g of dissolved(in boiling water) gealtin
Ingredients for icing:
- 10g of bitter cocoa
- 50g of coconut milk
Diet Recipe - How to make It:
1. At the beginning blend all the ingredients: cooked sweet potato, peanut butter, protein Whey 100 and gelatin.
2. Then pour blended mass into mold lined with baking paper. Make sure that the mass is evenly spilled all over the mold. Then insert a form with the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the icing. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients for the icing
