  • 40g of vanilla protein Whey 100
  • 20g of dissolved(in boiling water) gealtin

  • 10g of bitter cocoa

  • 50g of coconut milk

1. At the beginning blend all the ingredients: cooked sweet potato, peanut butter, protein Whey 100 and gelatin.
