1 can red beans
1 egg white
1 teaspoon cinnamon
0,5 teaspoon baking powder
1,5 dose Whey 100
0,5 cup linseed
2 doses of Whey 100 Trec Nutrition
a little bit of water
1. Add 1 can of red beans, 1 egg white, cinnamon, baking powder and 1,5 dose of Whey 100 into a big bowl. Mix it all together using an electric whisk until creamy and then add linseed and mix the mixture with a spoon.
2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Grease the cupcakes and place the mixture in them. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and cooked through about 20 minutes
3. Make the icing. Mix 2 doses of chocolate Whey 100 with a little bit of water until do uzyskania pouring. Pour the icing on the top of each cupcake.
